4TH ANNUAL DISTRICT CONVENTION –DISTRICT 306 B2
The 4th Annual District Convention of District 306 B2 will be held on the 25th
Saturday & 26th Sunday ,April 2009at the Bandaranayke
Memorial International Conference Hall.
Every Year a
souvenir is Published to Mark this Important event. The Souvenir
would be a colorful Complete, Comprehensive and a Grand one. As you
are aware the Convention Souvenir Carries the Club Profile, which
tell the District Lions the Service Activities Completed by your
Club. To felicitate printing the souvenir well and accurately, we
would request you to forward the club profiles well in time. The
Dead line for receiving the club profile has been fixed as the 10th
April,2009.(Please note that 12th April,2009 – 23rd
April,2009 the Printers will Closed for New Year) Kindly note
that the Club Profile Forwarded after the Dead line would not be
accepted for Publication
Thus, you are
requested to forward the club profile before the dead line, Please
forward the Cheques to the Chairperson- Souvenir Committee along
with the Profile.
