Prof Ranjith Bandara was the keynote speaker and PDG Lion Gamini Jayasuriya - Honory chairman for council of past governors, PCC Lion Upali Samarasinghe and PDG Lion S.Raghvan, chairman leadership institute MD 306, conducted the training programme and was organized by first vice district governor Lion Ariya Rekawa, assisted by second vice district governor Lion Jayantha Gunawardena. A large numbers senior cabinet officers also attended the seminar.
